How do I contact the Mothercare Online Gift Cards Team?

Where can I spend my E Voucher?
Your E Voucher can be used in full or part payment from participating Mothercare or ELC stores (excluding concessions with the expception of ELC shops withing Mothercare stores) and online at www.mothercare.com or via Mothercare Direct. The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance of your E Voucher, and any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. 

I would like to print an E voucher at home to give to someone else. How can I do this?
You can print the foldable E voucher on your own printer and then give it to your recipient personally. You can do this by entering your own email address as the recipient email address. You can then print the PDF attachment (print in colour), fold the card and your printed E voucher is ready to pop in the post or to gift directly to your friends and family!

How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive another email to confirm when your E voucher is sent.
On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order. If this is the case, you will be informed via email. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.  If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via email.

How are is my E voucher order delivered?
Your E voucher will be delivered by email or sms text message according  to your requirements. Email delivery is free of charge. SMS delivery carries a delivery fee of £0.50.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 0371 200 2443 or email us at mothercare@voucherexpress.co.uk and we will do our best to correct it for you. However, please note that if you have input the incorrect email address or mobile number, we will not be able to cancel the order if the E voucher has already been redeemed. It is you responsibility to input the correct delivery details.

Do Mothercare E vouchers have an expiry date?
Mothercare E vouchers are valid for 2 years from activation. They are made active when sent by email or text to the recipient.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be taken in Sterling and converted into your own currency if necessary.

Can I order larger amounts of Mothercare E vouchers?
The maximum Mothercare E-voucher you can order is £100.
